PANDAN SAGO COOKIES

This sago cookie is one of my favorite. So easy to make but is really good. Usually I sprinkle this with colorful icing sugar to make it prettier. It's up to you, whether you want to color it or not. This sago pandan is green because I added pandan paste into the dough.

Ingredients:
225 grams margarine
150 grams powdered sugar
3 egg yolks
400 grams sago flour
50 grams cornstarch
2 tablespoons powdered milk

Directions:
1. In a bowl sift together the flour,cornstarch, and powdered milk. Set aside.
2. Mix margarine and powdered sugar, mix until smooth.
3. Add yolks, one at a time. Stir well.
4. Add pandan paste.
5. Add flour mixture, stir until it becomes a dough.
6. Shape dough using a syringe, sprinkle with colorful icing sugar *optional
7. Bake until cooked
