EGGLESS DONUT (Donat Tanpa Telur)

My donut only uses 5 ingredients and it's without eggs! All the ingredients maybe you already have in your kitchen,so why don't you start to make your own right now?

My donuts,eventhought they are eggless but they are so moist. I really mean it. So if you keep them until the second day,they would still taste good and moist.

here's how it looks..

Eggless donut recipe:
250 grams all purpose flour
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
5 grams instant yeast
150 ml full creamed milk
2 tablespoons full butter

How to make:
1. Sift together the flour,sugar,and yeast. Stir well. Pour milk then knead.
2. Add butter. Knead until smooth.
3. Place the dough on a dusted wooden board, roll the dough out to 1/3 inch thickness.
4. Let it fermented for about 30 minutes.
5. Fry donuts in the hot oil until golden.
6. Drain in sheets of tissue to absorb the remaining oil. Let them cool.
7. Dust your donuts with powdered sugar or sprinkles.
8. Enjoy your fresh donuts. 


Donuuuuuttss...my daughter ate 5 and she wouldn't stop if my husband didn't warn her,hehehe..
